Introduction
This grade exhibits strong adhesion to PE, EVA, and aluminum, with polyolefin-like properties. Additionally, it demonstrates excellent processability. EV-400 is primarily used as an adhesive resin in aluminum composite panels.

Typical Characteristics
- When the vinyl acetate content in EVA is below 20%, it can be used as a plastic.
- EVA (PA66) exhibits excellent low-temperature performance, with a thermal decomposition temperature of approximately 230°C.
- As molecular weight increases, the softening point rises, reducing processability and surface gloss but enhancing mechanical strength, impact resistance, and environmental stress crack resistance.
- Compared to PE and PVC, EVA has slightly inferior chemical and oil resistance, with differences becoming more pronounced as vinyl acetate content increases.

Modification Methods:
- Grafting: Use EVA as the backbone for grafting other monomers.
- Partial Alcoholysis: Modify EVA through controlled hydrolysis.
